If you live in the USA, then you can not buy the silencer from the UK as you would need an importer’s license and this far exceeds the cost of the silencer. You can still get the adaptor I think.
While silencers are not banned in the USA, you have to pay a $200 tax and obtain routine ATF authorization to make or buy one.

First, anything that you hand out – business cards, brochures, emails, ANYTHING – make sure you have your website printed on there (as large and as boldly as possible). Secondly, word of mouth, “Have you seen my website?”. And finally, perhaps print coupons for the website explaining the deals you are offering or start an email list where you email customers with your new promotions. Get it out there with every medium (print, word of mouth, etc) that you can.

Have you been charting your cycle? Only then will a website like fertilityfriend.com be helpful, and that is one website I highly recommend for keeping track of signs of ovulation and pregnancy. However, even if you use something like this, it’s hard to know exactly what day you’ll ovulate. In addition to tracking your cycle and looking for eggwhite cervical mucous, I recommend getting an ovulation predictor kit. If you haven’t used one, they come with anywhere from 5-20 tests (depending on the brand). They tell you what cycle day you should start testing based on your cycle lengths. When it detects a hormone surge, that means you’ll likely ovulate in the next 24-36 hours. If anything, they give you a great time frame for trying to conceive, and if you use one of these while tracking your cycle with Fertility Friend, that should really help you. I did exactly this, and I got pregnant the cycle I used both.
