I will not do my selling online because I have only had one that was interested. So not worth it to me. Just advertise and get the word out is the only advise I know. Good luck
If you live in the USA, then you can not buy the silencer from the UK as you would need an importer’s license and this far exceeds the cost of the silencer. You can still get the adaptor I think.
While silencers are not banned in the USA, you have to pay a $200 tax and obtain routine ATF authorization to make or buy one.
Customize your home page of your Avon website with popular keywords. The idea is to use terms other people would search for who are looking to buy Avon. The better you rank on Google, Yahoo, and other search engines, the higher your website traffic will be. Also, use social networking sites to promote your Avon website. You should have profiles on Linked In, Facebook, Twitter, Merchant Circle, MySpace, etc.
You can try on here like I am…but be honest and actually try to help people with their makeup dilemmas. Dont just post to someone’s question like “go to my site Actually relate to people and take the time to read their questions and try to honestly answer them. If you don’t know the answer then don’t post. If we don’t have the product don’t post and say we do…cause we don’t
Other than that word of mouth. Ask friends to tell friends, ask family to tell co-workers. Get out there and sell your site and your products.

First, anything that you hand out – business cards, brochures, emails, ANYTHING – make sure you have your website printed on there (as large and as boldly as possible). Secondly, word of mouth, “Have you seen my website?”. And finally, perhaps print coupons for the website explaining the deals you are offering or start an email list where you email customers with your new promotions. Get it out there with every medium (print, word of mouth, etc) that you can.
This is why I don’t sell AVON online. For one you have to have alot of people knowing of your web site and two it is expensive unless you do sell alot of it.
